Try not to sleep in to much
Although the weekends are for refreshing and extra sleep can be tempting. Wake up as your body clock allows you and get on with your day. Allow a nap if needed to get through.
Spend quality time with family and friends
Reconnect with those who you have not seen or spent time with in awhile. Listen to them and make the time to be there for them when needed.
Have a set media rule
Try and have a certain time where you have quality time without the technology taking over all that you do.

Get outside and soak up the vitamin D. Breathe in the fresh air and then out to release the negativity and bad vibes.
