BAKING COUTURE | 2 INGREDIENT NUTELLA CAKE


Ingredients
2 cups Nutella
4 eggs


Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line baking tin with baking paper.

2. Place eggs into a bowl and beat with electric mixer for around 5 minutes until they are triple in volume.


3. Add 2 cups of Nutella to a glass bowl and microwave for 15 seconds until soft. 

4. Spoon egg mixture into nutella a third at a time, mixing carefully and thoroughly. 


5. Bake for 25 minutes or until skewer when inserted in the centre comes out clean.

6. Cool in pan and dust with icing sugar.
