baking couture NUTELLA CAKE

What do you do when you have a 5kg jar of Nutella? 
I made this 2 ingredient Nutella cake today.

2 cups Nutella
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line baking tin with baking paper.
Place eggs into a bowl and beat with electric mixer for around 5 minutes until they are triple in volume.

Add 2 cups of Nutella to a glass bowl and microwave for 15 seconds until soft. 
Spoon egg mixture into nutella a third at a time, mixing carefully and thoroughly. 

Bake for 25 minutes or until skewer when inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool in pan and dust with icing sugar.
