something new FOR ME TO DO THIS YEAR

I am looking at improving my flexibility and core strength this year. I would also like to commit walking on the treadmill at least 3 times a week. Let's see how I go starting tomorrow. I have printed the above sequence off and will take it upstairs with me to do in the morning. Number 3 looks interesting.....lets see how I go with that one.
