COMPASSION - to have sympathy and concern for the sufferings and misfortunes of others.

As you start the working week after a long weekend, why not, try to leap over the large puddles with grace and kindness. 

Start your week on a happy note and thought. If someone rubs you the wrong way, consider this.....

How may this person's day be going? We never know what someone else is experiencing and why they may have rage or be a little touchy.

As we cannot walk in another persons shoes but isn't it great that we can control how we walk in our own. 

We have no control over how others react or how they choose to treat us.....we should not take it personally.

By not taking others attitudes personally you are opening up your world to be happier and in control of how you act and perceive others.

Compassion is an act of kindness that we can pass on to others and an act of love that heals our own hearts.

If you would like others to be HAPPY, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.
