baking couture BAKED ARTICHOKE DIP

1 Jar of artichokes drained and cut up roughly.
1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
Half a cup of good quality mayonaise (I use bestfoods)
Half a clove of chopped garlic
Tablespoon of breadcrumbs 

Mix all ingredients together, top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan and bake for 20 minutes in a small oven proof dish.
