baking couture LEMON, CHICKEN and BASIL PASTA

My eldest daughter made this a few weeks ago and it it simple to make and tastes delicious. Another wonderful recipe from Donna Hay's Fast. Fresh. Simple. I have been asked for the recipe from a follower on instagram (@shoppegirls).

200g spaghetti
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 x 200g cooked chicken breast fillet, shredded
1/2 cup shredded basil leaves
sea salt and cracked black pepper

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling slated water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and return to the warm pan. While the pasta is cooking place the juice, oil and parmesan in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add the pasta with the chicken, basil, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
